I got incarcerated at the age of 16.
The reason for me signing up with PrisonInmates is simply because I need some friends. I've been locked up for a long time and I sometimes feel like prison may be getting the best of me, so what I need is to meet people. I'm willing to write to anybody - male, female, young, old, gay, or straight - doesn't matter. I'm the last person that can judge anyone and that's the last thing I will ever do.I've been to quite a few units during my time on the 'inside'. I spend my time reading and in the rec yard. I'm into romance novels but will pretty much read whatever I can get my hands on. When I go to the yard, I usually play handball, basketball or I'll hit the weights. I try to stay active, so if I don't go to the rec yard for some reason, I'll exercise in my cell.
I don't have access to any computers so the only way to keep in touch is by direct mail. It's important to put my number by my name. Hope to hear from you!
