Sorry we had to meet like this but this is the best I can do at this time. To give a few details about myself I'm in jail for selling drugs and I had a 10 yr sentence that is over half way done. I have had a tough time doing this time because I'm a first time father who wants to be a dad and circumstances are preventing me from being in my daughters life. Pointing fingers won't help so I accept responsibility for not being free to deal with "issues" face to face.
I'm a rational man who is looking to meet a rational woman who can accept that I'm not perfect. I don't pretend to be and I don't expect my friends to be perfect or my lady either but I do expect open honest communication when something is bothering you. That's something I never had. It's in my nature to fix the wrongs I commit if I can but I'm not a mind reader. I wish I was though then understanding you would be easier.
I'm 6'0" tall and I weigh about 225 lbs with an athletic build. I don't work out much and I'm not the club type, I'm healthy and lucky I have the opportunity to find good friends and build the family I've wanted now that I know more of what it takes to build those relationships.
I haven't stayed out of jail long enough to correctly define what I like to do for fun. But there are a few things I'd like to experience eventually. Until then I'll settle for suggestions. Got any? What I can tell you is I like the family life and even though I have an opinion of how a family should be I have no experience to support my belief so I'm looking for a friend I can bounce ideas off of who will help me improve in areas where I can improve because men and women speak two different languages and we need to understand each other for there to be real communication.
