  • Being locked up is like having a lock and losing the key: not good at all. When I first got locked-down, I was crushed. I couldn't comprehend being jailed for protecting a defenseless girl and as a result, having to defend my own life. It was as if I was being "punished" for being a good-guy. But when promotion-thirsty officers, judges, prosecutors and a state-appointed attorney are joined at the hip - like mortgage brokers, escrow companies, banks, and loan officers - well, travesties will ensue, i.e., I was never supposed to see jail, but now is not the time to go into details. Google me for one-sided nonsense, or write me for the facts.

At the time of my arrest, I was in college. I had a great job and I did community-work for a non-profit organization. What I hate most about prison is being away from my family; I miss them tremendously. Families are like "brownies" - mostly sweet with a few nuts. My father was always concerned with parking space, while my step-mom just wished she could blink us to outer-space, so she could be left alone to worry about closet space.

Currently, my appeal is in and I know all is not lost. I have not allowed my time to become meaningless and my personality is still very much intact. My inner light still shines bright like the sun or sparkling snow. I'm a man of great wealth, measured not in money, but in "richness of spirit and character". I am kind, decent and I enjoy bringing joy to others thru my words, friendship, and generosity of self. It is always my ambition to be a really good person to others. I understand that the only thing more valuable than money is a "true friendship" because anything TRUE is hard to find and should be appreciated. Truly. I am not like most males, because I believe in monogamy. I believe that a "woman's happiness" is vital to the well-being of reality.

I like to read to keep my mind abreast and alert. I have an affinity for writing lovely poetry, and not once have I had the opportunity to watch Desperate Housewives, Sopranos or Hero, but I do know that it is a "cold world" when you face the world alone and no one reaches out a hand for you to hold. And, if you need it, I can be your strength and you can be mine.

I like comedies and movies with happy endings. I'm interested in a friend as trustworthy as I am. Someone who will accept my loyalty, honesty, kindness, and sincerity. Someone with a heart. Someone with a soul. Someone real, that I can chitter-chatter to. Someone who understands that nobody is perfect and life ain't always fair. Could that be you?

If so, make my day! Ask me something. Tell me about yourself. I would love to hear from you. :o)
